We ship from our headquarters in Barcelona to Spain, Belgium and The Netherlands. (so far). If you need shipping to another destination, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do: email@example.com
As we are a relatively new company trying to get a foot into the Dutch and Belgian markets, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all your orders. We want for people to get to know our wines and our service, and do not want the shipping cost to be a decisive factor in why not to choose us, so we decided to absorb the shipping cost ourselves. Yes, this takes a big heap out of our margins, but it is just something we have to do to be able to grow and establish ourselves as your favourite wine supplier. We are planning to have sufficient stock in the different destinations in the future so we can lower the cost of shipping and become profitable.
Orders received between Monday and Sunday, get shipped Tuesday of the following week. It should take about 3 business days for you to receive your order.
Yes, once your order has been picked and registered by our courier service you shall receive an email with a tracking link, where you can follow the shipment progress.
In case there is nobody home to receive the order, it will be send to an Access Point close to the delivery address and you will receive an email informing you.
We use carton boxes especially designed for the shipping of bottles that offer maximum protection against breakage.
Damaged boxes very rarely happen. However, if a breakage does occur, please make a note with the delivery person for the damaged box, and then send us an email with details and photos so that we can resolve the issue immediately. And don’t worry! We will send you a replacement for the broken bottle/s.
