Sicus Terrers Mediterranis is the project of Eduard Pie, a young, talented and most of all enthusiastic winemaker. Through Sicus, Eduard expresses the importance of the “terroir” in his wine. He believes that “A product so deeply dependent on it’s connection to the land, must reflect its origin.” His fixation on honest winemaking techniques results in fresh, taut wines with a low-alcohol content and lovely lively acidity.
